We are looking for Support Managers to lead the Support Team in a smaller and familiar but very stable product company in central Gothenburg.
Here at Parttrap we develop our own platform (Parttrap ONE) for advanced eCommerce and product data management (PIM) in B2B, and we sell the platform directly or via partners to market-leading customers, primarily in the US and Europe. We are a committed, positive and customer-oriented team with high competence that handles development, implementation and support and offer unique solutions for manufacturing and distributing companies. Our office is located in City Gate with a view of the whole of central Gothenburg, here we work in long and close relationships with exciting customers all over the world, which is challenging, developing and rewarding at the same time.
At Parttrap, the support team collaborates in a non-prestige spirit together with other departments where you are responsible for the daily operation of the customer's e-commerce solution. In the role of Support Manager, you and your team will assist Parttrap's customers with everything from troubleshooting to configuration and drive the development from start to finish. The support team is eager to welcome you who can contribute with your good technical understanding.
Experience & Education
Previous experience in sales and/or previous experience in 1st line within B2B is advantageous. Furthermore, we would like you to have an understanding of various business systems and product data as well as an understanding of the digital transformation that is taking place within the industry.
Your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive in the role at Parttrap. To succeed in the role, a great technical interest combined with a strong customer focus & business acumen is needed. You have good collaboration skills, are proactive and communicative, both internally and externally. Furthermore, you are pedagogical, analytical and structured, and understand and analyze complex questions and problems quickly.
Skills & Abilities
- Good database understanding and has worked in a technical role before
- Good business understanding and is characterized by delivering customer satisfaction
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
